Extended Arm Lift Onto Chest Wall*

Patient lost a significant amount of weight and was left with loose skin that affected her confidence in what she would wear. She desired improved contours of her bilateral arms. We discussed pre-operatively that her results would improve if the incision was extended onto the chest wall to help tight the lateral chest as well. This was completed during this procedure.
