Neck Lift after weight loss

64 y/o male had a 30 lb weight loss and was left with skin laxity in the neck region. The patient desired improved contours of the neck region. A neck lift was performed with resection of the loose skin after a platysmaplasty and central neck fat pad reduction. Patient is shown before and after 1 year apart.
