Grade 2 B Gynecomastia with Liposuction and Gland Excision

28 y/o male with Grade 2B Gynecomastia. Surgery was completed under general anesthesia in the operating room as the patient also had liposuction of his abdomen and flanks. Patient had liposuction of the anterior and lateral chest wall with gland excision through an areolar incision. Patient is shown 6 weeks post op.
