This patient is in his late 30’s and desired improved contours of his jawline as he had fullness that would not respond to diet and exercise. He underwent in office chin liposuction while awake with only local anesthesia. He remained comfortable during the entire procedure. He is pictured here 1 week out from surgery with swelling still present that will resolve over the coming weeks. He can expect to see further improvement and refinement of his jawline over the next 6 months.
