61 y/o male in great shape from working out at the gym but was unable to get the definition that he desired. We discussed doing awake gynecomastia excision with chest liposuction here in the office. Patient is shown here 6 weeks out from his procedure with another 5 months to go before his final results are fully apparent as there is still some swelling present.
