Austin Breast Implant Exchange with Lift

Our patient here is in her late 30’s and previously had a breast augmentation with 340 cc and 320 cc saline breast implants. She felt that her implants were too large and she wanted to go smaller. After meeting with me we discussed switching to smaller silicone breast implants along with a small lift to help better reshape the breast. I placed moderate plus projection breast implants with 250 on the left and a 225 on the right followed by a vertical breast lift to help reshape the breast into a better aesthetic. The patient is shown 10 months post op.
