Grade 1 & Grade 2 Gynecomastia Correction with Liposuction and Gland Excision

33 y/o male with asymmetric gynecomastia. Grade 1 on the right and grade 2 on the left. Surgery completed under local anesthesia with liposuction and direct gland excision on the left side, direct gland excision only on the right. Patient is shown post op day one as he traveled in from California for his procedure.
